Glenrothes-based Rising Phoenix Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu celebrates triple gold medal win

A trio of girls from Glenrothes-based Rising Phoenix Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu each won a gold medal at this month’s British Open in Coventry, much to the delight of their instructor Jamie Henderson.
